    ESF(ENERGYN Sintering Furnace)

    A sintering furnace is used in a sintering process, where powder-formed products are heated to increase their mechanical strength, density, and opacity. Melding the object is not the main purpose of a sintering furnace. Therefore, it must be possible to maintain the temperature in the furnace below the melting point.

    The compact design of the sintering furnaces of Energyn makes it possible to install and operate such equipment with ease, while the strict temperature control in the entirety of the working zones of the sintering furnace and the application of a highly reliable vacuum system ensure reproductivity of processes. Also, the system is of a box-shaped design, either with vertical or horizontal loading according to the needs of the customers, making it even easier and more convenient to use.

    Full-auto chamber opening/closing control system

    A safe opening/closing mechanism driven by a pneumatic/hydraulic system – the chamber can be closed, opened, rotated, or elevated using a control panel and a remote controller.

    Safety and easy operation

    A water-cooled sintering furnace with a double-wall structure that maintains the temperature on the outer surface and ensures safe operation at a higher temperature.
    Top loading chamber structure to make it easier to load/remove samples.

    High precision

    High precision and consistency in temperature control through digital programming and thyristor regulators.
