    PGS (Pyrolytic Graphite Sheet)

    A PGS is an artificial graphite sheet that is made from PI polymers. Energyn has secured PGS production technologies based on the technologies for building ultra-high-temperature/pressure equipment and utilizing them. These technologies can be applied in many industrial fields such as smartphones, tablet PCs, laptops, LCD, or LED backlights, where heat emission is needed.

    The characteristics of the PGS of Energyn

    The development of the process was initiated in 2013 when the establishment of the technology was completed.
    In 2014, the production technology for PGs and key production process equipment development was completed.
    Currently, we have secured the prototype production equipment.
    The productivity of a single unit of mass production equipment: 200㎡/day
    The entirety of the process can be embedded.

    The advantages of the PGS of Energyn

    Optimal for heat dispersion (heat conductivity 1000~2000W/mK)
    3 to 10 times higher heat conductivity compared to copper or natural graphite sheets.
    EMI shielding 99% or higher
    Flexible and light-weighted heat emission material
    Can replace the heat control materials such as the existing heat exchange panels, etc.
