    ESPS(Spark Plasma Sintering Furnace)

Spark plasma sintering is a type of sintering where the product is sintered over a shorter amount of time to yield a higher quality by applying a low voltage and a high current, in addition to pressure, upon a powder product.

The SPS (Spark Plasma Sintering furnace) of Energyn reduced the time taken to reach 1000℃ to less than a minute. This allows the fastest sintering of products at up to 2300℃ under a pressure of 10 to 100 tons.

Energy-saving sintering (consumes only 1/3 to 1/5 of energy compared to the hot pressurizing method)
    Easier to handle
    The lower running cost
Less experience is needed in sintering
More flexibility in the selection of materials
    Faster sintering
    Lighter components
