    PCHE(Printed Circuit Heat Exchanger)

    A heat exchanger is one of the machines that are widely used in factories to heat up or cool down process fluids.
    The PCHE of Energyn is a heat exchange based on diffusion bonding of etched alloy plates to form channels for fluids.

    At a very high temperature, pressure is applied upwards and downwards to perform diffusion bonding and pressurized sintering, making it possible for the resultant products to withstand a pressure of at least 1000 Bar.

    The PCHEs of Energyn have been certified by the ASME and KGS.

    The characteristics of the PCHE of Energyn

    Micro-channel design in consideration of the heat-exchange effect, lowering of pressure, and the material in-between.
    A design that is based on simulation data and computerized fluid dynamics programs.
    The plate materials are %selected in consideration of the characteristics of the fluid medium, pressure, and temperature.
    For the given pressure decrease or heat-exchange effect target, the micro-channels are designed in straight lines or waved patterns.
