    GPS(Gas Pressure Sintering Furnace)

A gas-pressurized sintering furnace injects and pressurizes inert gas into the furnace during a high-temperature sintering process to remove porosity or defects that can happen during the pre-processor of the sintering process to enhance the sintering properties.
Energyn GPS sinters a product at an ultra-high temperature beyond 2300℃ and a gas temperature between 100 and 200 bar. The system has been designed for gas pressurization sintering, high-temperature sintering, drying, and many other processes in a vacuum or inert atmosphere.
Compared to the existing pressurized sintering furnaces, our system can be used for a wider range of applications.
The top-opening chamber design allows easier loading and removal of samples.

The characteristics of the GPS of Energyn

    Pressure Vessel
High-tensile-strength steel is tube-forged to make it safer. As welding is never done in any part, there is no concentration of stress.
Also, the inside and outside surfaces are hard-chrome-coated, to increase resistance against corrosion and make the surface tougher.
The cooling jacket is composed of stainless cylinders joined together with bolts, so that it can be disassembled.
    Door,Clamp
The joining grooves in the joining mechanism further enhance safety, and the weight is reduced significantly to make it easier to handle and maintain. The doors also do not include any welded parts and allow disassembly or cooling jackets.
    Heater
The heater is easy to assemble/disassemble. Another heater is located at the bottom to further reduce temperature differences.
    Temp.Measurement
A thermocouple and a pyrometer (in the case of a high-pressure application) are used. Especially we used a single-crystal rod to reduce the discrepancies in a pyrometer due to the turbulence of high-pressure gas.
    Hard metals
    PM-special alloys
Technical ceramics(Si3N4, AIN, B4C, Zr203, etc) Treatment with pressure gas
