    ERIL(ENERGYN Rapid Isostatic Laminator)

    An ERIL is a piece of equipment that can maximize the existing operation conditions (temperature and pressure) in a WIP and CIP process, which is conducted to even out the differences in densities between the areas with an electric pole and those without one in a green chip used in layered electronic components to prevent defects in sintered materials caused by such differences.

    The system is capable of realizing a rapid temperature change, making it possible to perform pressurizing > heating > cooling > depressurizing in a single process.
    As a result, it is now possible to eradicate defects in MLCC materials, such as a *void or delamination.

    Also, the system allows the highest temperature for heat treatment in a WIP and makes it possible to streamline the process by eliminating the *follow-up processes.
    Especially, the system is capable of applying rapid thermal proliferation in a WIP process, so that the *temperature difference of a layered product can be maintained ± 1 ℃.
