ENERGYN Dry CIP(Dry bag Cold Isostatic Press)

When you make a complicated form using ceramic powder, a dry isostatic press is more commonly used than a wet isostatic press. A dry cold isostatic press, which is an optimized production process, fills up an elastomeric mold that is machined by the final form of the target object with powder and closes the lid, so that the pressure medium can pressurize this elastomeric mold, creating a near-net shape to the final object. This is an isostatic press model that is the nearest to mass production over a short amount of processing time and with a higher level of productivity by minimizing the necessary post-machining.

The characteristics of the CIP of Energyn

A dry CIP (Dry bag) : Optimized for mass production of lower variation in item types (where the elastomeric mold is fixed on a pressure vessel).
A wet CIP (Wet bag) : Suitable for producing a variety of items in small volumes (where the mold can be dismounted from the pressure vessel).
