Energyn fatigue and burst tester
for hydrogen applying components is used to test for an hydrogen vehicle, hydrogen filling station or valves,
hoses and other hollow bodies that need to withstand more than 100,000 cycle pressure load changes over the lifetime of each part.
And hydrostatic press system of Energyn is equipped.
Energyn’s own intensifier unit with 1000MPa maximum working pressure.
It’s allow for testing of the hydrostatic strength of components
with pressure up to 600 MPa . All the materials are selected, designed and manufactured
considering H2 brittleness characteristics and qualified under ASME SEC DIV.3.
